Andrew began his career in 2000 in San Francisco, CA as a financial planner for one of the largest independent wealth management firms in the country. After relocating to Los Angeles, Andrew enjoyed a successful career with Fidelity Investments and TD Ameritrade, where he served as the advisor to an exclusive group of families and business owners, and provided advice on issues related to retirement, estate planning, and asset management.
Due to his accomplishments and leadership in the industry, Andrew was named a top 40 Under 40 Advisor by InvestmentNews™ in 2015. He has also been recognized and quoted in a number of publications.
Notably, Andrew was elected to the Diamond Bar, CA city council in 2018, and he is currently serving his first 4 year term.
Lastly, Andrew is also an instructor for the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ curriculum at his alma mater, University of California, Irvine.
He currently holds FINRA licenses Series 7, Series 63, CA insurance license #0E61061, as well as the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation.

Estate Planning Of Counsel
Ms. Fu focuses her practice in the areas of estate planning, immigration and general business law. Ms. Fu counsels her clients on matters involving trust administration, preparation of an estate plan in order to maximize estate and gift tax exemptions including the drafting of living trusts and irrevocable living trusts. Ms. Fu is also experienced with variety of employment based immigrant and non-immigrant petitions.
Ms. Fu is fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Taiwanese.
Ms. Fu received her Juris Doctorate degree from Golden Gate University School of Law. While in law school, she was a Merit Scholarship recipient and studied at Peking University, Beijing, China in the University’s comparative law program.

Solomon has more than fifteen years of professional experience both as a business owner and a financial advisor.
Solomon is active in his church community and has been nominated to the deacon board. He teaches Sunday School classes to high school students and mentors graduates to become motivated and productive individuals to their community.
In Solomon's spare time, he enjoys reading the Los Angeles Time, Barron's Investment Newsletter; working on small home improvement projects, and spending much-cherished moments with his lovely wife Marlene and children Roman and Celine.
Solomon earned a BA degree in Business Economics and an Accounting minor from UCLA, and a MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management.

As a financial planning associate, Jeff works with Andrew Chou to help our clients develop sensible budget and retirement plans.
Starting his career as a business executive, Jeff developed experience in advising clients on the benefits of long term financial planning. He helped clients make better long term financial decisions, especially when it comes to debt management and budgeting. Starting in 2007, Jeff began focusing exclusively on financial services, and made educational outreach a big component of his practice.
In 2014, Jeff formalized his interest in helping others with financial planning by obtaining the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNING ™ designation through University of California, Los Angeles. Jeff now works with young families and professionals who need help prioritizing the often-competing demands of life without a financial plan, or delving into specific areas of concern.
Currently, Jeff is an active member of the Pro Bono Committee of the Financial Planning Association of San Gabriel Valley. He also attends numerous FPA events throughout the year.

John began his career in the banking industry as a commercial lender. His experience includes asset-based lending, middle market lending, and large corporate finance (syndicated loans).
John currently focuses on business financial planning which includes wealth transfer planning, estate planning solutions, business succession planning, tax planning, asset protection, and retirement savings plans (401k, SEP IRA, SIMPLE IRA, etc.).
In addition, John also helps his individual clients with full range financial planning that’s personalized and customized for each client.
John is active in his community where he was a member of the Board of Directors of a local non-profit organization, and served as its President in 2017. In addition, John volunteered on a Blue Ribbon Committee and an Ad Hoc Committee to assist the City Council on financial matters. He has also served on Planned Giving/Major Gift Giving committees at various non-profit organizations where he became knowledgeable about various charitable giving strategies.
John earned a BS degree in Business Administration from California State University, Long Beach, and a MBA degree from USC Marshall School of Business..
